Our therapists offer a range of services within our hygge style environment. We are proud to introduce personalized 'Spauna' (massage + sauna) treatments. Providing a Sunlighten Infrared sauna and Renu Therapy cold plunge tank as well as classic and innovative massage therapies. Customize your personal visit or plan an event for a special couple, girls' getaway, guys night, office, team or other group get-together. Choose from traditional table massage or party chair massages great for remote & small group gatherings.

Saunas, cold therapy, mineral stones, Scandinavian inspired essential oils, dry brushing, WHM breath-work, and hydro-cycling treatments, are all available to enhance your Nordic wellness experience.
Cold Plunge & Sauna
This thermotherapy experience takes you into the Cold Plunge tank and the Sunlighten Infrared sauna. Bring your bathing suit!
Massage
At The Nordic Mermaid you will find a variety of bodywork services to choose from. You and your loved ones can adventure into something new or revisit the familiar! Your visit is not complete without experiencing a dip in the cold tank and warming up in the sauna.

Same day rescheduling procures a $60 rescheduling fee.
If unable to reschedule a 50% refund may be applied.
